Steven did wonders for us. We decided to try and sell our home in Lake Arrowhead because we were looking to get a larger home (in the same area) for our growing family. Steven helped us price our home to sell and and hired a top notch photographer to show the best features of our home. Two days after he listed our home, we recieved and accepted a full price offer. We found our dream home one week after entering escrow on the house were selling, so we put an offer in. Our offer was accepted and thus we entered a double escrow. There were several issues along the way but Steven was masterfull in his demeanour and his negotiations. He was always there for us with our questions and concerns. Although we had delays and bumps along the way, Steven facilitated the clise of both deals. So me and my wife were very nervous about buying a house. We have had not so great encounters with agents. So I was looking and came across Steve his resume/bio stood out. It wasn’t just the hot keywords like everyone else. My first phone call with him was a great experience he freely gave information and advice. We met with him in his office and he was interested in us and what we wanted and who we were. He took us out to see house and neighborhoods In areas we were looking at.
