We were out of the country when we started looking for a place and the moment I spoke to Steve on the phone from South America I knew my husband and I would be in good honest hands. I spoke to other realtors before Steve and there was no comparison.Steve has great knowledge of the area and spent time educating us about the different areas around the lake. Different climates, snow melts, access roads etc. Things I would have not thought about if he did not bring them up. He also told us about different beach clubs and just many more things that helped us decide on the best location for us.A year after our first conversation we found our house,he made the entire process very easy because of his great communication skills. He was able to keep the entire team well communicated and informed and made the whole process easy for us.He helped in many details that really were not even his resposibility just because he is that kind of a person.His negotiation skills were great as I was actually ready to pay more for my house because I got nervouse about losing it and he asked me just to stay with our initial offer because it was a good offer and I did not pay more, so a ten star for that. For years my family and I were considering in buying a vacation home in or near Lake Arrowhead. After some research and many, many homes, as well as agents and brokers, we came across Steve at one of his open house visits one day. He was extremely polite, classy, professional, and attentive to our needs and expectations as far as purchasing a home that suited our needs and lifestyle. From that point on he was hired as our agent. Steve was fantastic to work with for my family and I. 2nd generation realtor on the mountain with great knowledge of the area from being raised here. He listened to our needs and found us the right family home. He didn't waste our time with houses that didn't meet our requirements. We also never felt pressured by him, only supported. Great experience with Steve. Being raised on the mountain is a big advantage for him and his clients. Local knowledge is second to none. Digital, or in person however we wanted to handle paperwork he accommodated. Always had time for us, and the kiddos, and made us feel like his only clients even though I know we weren't. Next house we buy or sell on the mountain he's our guy!! Sold our vacation/rental property with him. We wanted a quick sale, so we went thru comps diligently and came up with a "get it out the door" price that didn't feel like we were giving it away. Had several showings the day it went on the market and wouldn't you know it we were in Escrow on day 2 at full price. At no fault of Steven's the buyers backed out. However being the quality agent he is, he called all previous interested parties on the property and got us back in Escrow the following day, again at full price. This time it was a cash offer!! So in the long run we ended up closing quicker than if the 1st offer would have went the distance. Quality experience, can't wait to do it again!!

I would highly recommend Steve Cerecedes to anyone; it was a real pleasure working with him. Steve has lived in Lake arrowhead his entire life, which gives him extensive knowledge of the area and housing market. His communication was amazing, quick to respond for advice or questions. Very patient, no hard sell, wants to make sure the customer finds the perfect house. We were living out of the area, which can be challenging, but Steve went above our expectations. He scheduled our inspections, and opened the house for them, stayed on top of escrow for a smooth purchase. He is also a great resource for local contractors for additional work we would like to complete after the sale.

Working with Steve was such a pleasure. My husband and I met Steve at an open house and we immediately loved him. We were indecisive about purchasing a property in Arrowhead, and so we were reluctant to regularly work with an agent because we didn't want to disappoint if we chose not to purchase a home. Steve was extremely understanding in that regard, and made himself incredibly available us. He was extremely willing to check out my exhaustive lists of properties I was possibly interested in.

We live in Los Angeles, so viewing every potential property ourselves was highly inconvenient. Every time I sent Steve an address of a property, he jumped in his car and checked it out immediately, but I was most impressed with Steve's honesty and genuine concern about us getting the best deal possible for the best house. Several times Steve steered us away from houses that he believed had potential issues or those that he felt were overpriced, even though he would have made more for himself. My husband and I have purchased several homes, and I have never been so impressed with an agent! Steve found us a home that we love, and we couldn't be happier!
